The easiest route is to land in Reus airport  , Tarragona. Sometimes in UK webs it's labelled as  Barcelona South ( 90 km from Barcelona)

It is a very small airport and flying in and out it is a dream.  and has lots of flights from different uk cities and airports. It's a low cost airport and there are many cheap flights. 

Reus airport is a 30 min drive from Falset, the village that is closest to me and has all sorts of accommodations and places to eat etc. lots of wine tourism here. Taxi ride is around 40 Euros. But we can also arrange to be picked up by me.

If you land in Barcelona, there are fast trains ( 30 min ride) to Camp de Tarragona station. Distance to Falset is about the same than Reus airport. 

 You can also plan a holiday with your family or friends. There are many things to do around . like Port Aventura. the largest amusement park in Europe.
